Join the Triad Jewish Film Festival at the American Hebrew Academy for a showing of the Price of Kings: Shimon Peres, a critically poignant conversation about global politics today -
"At the age of 90, Shimon Peres is the last of the "Founding Fathers" of Israel and the world's oldest standing leader. But despite winning the Nobel Peace Prize, the state of Israel he so passionately helped to build remains at war. In front of the camera, Peres speaks about the mistakes he committed, the grief he felt after the infamous assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, and the compromises he was forced to make, helping us answer the questions, "what is leadership?"
This film 60 minute film will be shown at the American Hebrew Academy with a 30 minute panel discussion following the screening.
Admission is free with a $5.00 suggested donation to cover screening costs.
