Learn to make your own cheese just in time for Shavuot! Triad Homebrew will be joining us at Beth David Synagogue Monday, May 13 at 6:00 pm to teach us how. For $30 you or you and your family or friends can make your own pound of yummy homemade cheese. Materials will be provided, but for a more personalized cheese, bring in your own herbs (fresh or in unopened packages).
