Maimonides Society invites the community to a discussion of end-of-life decision making.
Advance Care Planning will be presented by Risa Hanau, VP of Clinical Services, Hospice & Palliative Care of Greensboro on Sunday, April 3, 7:00 p.m. at Beth David Synagogue - Note location change. There will be dessert and coffee at 7 p.m., followed by the program beginning at 7:30 p.m.
There will be a discussion on the importance of having conversations with our loved ones about care choices. We will share documents (Advance Directives - Living Will, Healthcare Power of Attorney) that are available to be completed.
