Begin the high holiday season with an introspective evening at Beth David. We begin with Havdalah at 8:30, and then a showing of the movie, The Quarrel. A brilliant cinematic achievement that explores the age old debate between religious and secular worlds against a mesmerizing story of love and hate, good and evil, friendship and forgiveness. No one can sit through this movie and not be affected. At 10:00 pm we begin the S'lichot service, with special prayers that prepare us for the Days of Awe.
