Ease Mindfully into Shabbat:
The transition from a busy and stressful week into shabbat can be a bumpy one. How do we down shift our nervous systems from all the DOing to just BEing present with ourselves, God, and our loved ones? Please join Rabbi Joshua Ben-Gideon and Andra West LeBauer for “Ease Mindfully into Shabbat”, a 6 week workshop that focuses on integrating wisdom from the Torah with modern principles of mindfulness. Each class will focus on bringing insight and perspective into the ancient practice of pausing for shabbat. Together we will discover new and old ways to shift with ease from DOing to BEing fully present with the gift of the Sabbath.
