FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

The Greensboro Jewish Federation works to provide a portal for Jewish young adults to connect to the Greensboro Jewish community, through leadership development, targeted social, cultural, and social action programs. The goal is to identify and educate young adults so that they may become more active members of the Jewish community, as future leaders and philanthropists. The Jewish Federation works to engage young professionals, and families with young children, to build a more involved Jewish community through outreach, social and cultural programming, Jewish education, and community service.

Join J Triad

J Triad is a Jewish group for young adults in the Triad area. J Triad was envisioned as one large, inviting community offering a truly fun and meaningful Jewish experience. Our programming focuses on Jewish, Social, Tikkun Olam and Educational opportunities.

J Triad is supported equally by Beth David Synagogue, Greensboro Jewish Federation, Temple Emanuel of Greensboro, and Temple Emanuel of Winston-Salem, and run by a small committee of dedicated community members. J Triad strives to enrich the Jewish experience among young adults in the Piedmont Triad area by providing a full range of interesting, engaging events. In short, J Triad brings people together and provides a space for young adults to just “be Jewish.” If you’re interested in becoming involved in J Triad, join our Facebook Group

Young Adult Division and Young Leadership

Welcome to the Young Adult Division of the Greensboro Jewish community! The Young Adult Division of the Greensboro Jewish Federation is dedicated to involving young adults in their mid-20’s to mid-40’s in a broad range of activities to enhance their commitment and connection to the Greensboro Jewish Federation, Greensboro Jewish community and the greater global Jewish Community.

Young Leadership is a program for young adults who have a spirit of tzedakah and a genuine interest in building a thriving Jewish culture and community in our city. This 10-month leadership training experience enriches, entertains, and informs participants while helping to cultivate a true sense of growth and awakening.

In addition to creating an environment where new friendships are built, the Federation hopes that participants will develop an energy and enthusiasm for Jewish leadership and seek out opportunities to provide guidance to future generations of Greensboro's Jews and in the wider community. Contact Noam Soker to find out how you can participate in Young Leadership.

National Young Leadership Cabinet is the premier leadership and philanthropic program within The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) and throughout the Jewish world. Cabinet is comprised of approximately 300 men and women, ages 30 to 45, from across the United States and Canada who are deeply committed to shaping a bright future for the Jewish people in North America, Israel and around the globe. National Young Leadership Cabinet is a six-year journey with a variety of destinations, all of them reached by stronger, more vibrant leaders. Learn more by contacting Noam Soker.
