Administrative Financial Assistant 


Jewish Foundation of Greensboro 

The Jewish Foundation of Greensboro was established to create permanent endowments to ensure the viability of Jewish community life and education for generations to come. 


Primary responsibilities: 

  • Assist with distribution spreadsheets 

  • Create excel growth charts for quarterly meetings 

  • Maintain donor files 

  • Assist with correspondence and mailings 

  • Record and file contribution acknowledgement letters 

  • Keep information organized and confidential 

  • Login letters in financial data base 

  • Weekly login in Accounts Reconciliation log  

  • Sort and file copies of weekly distribution letters  


Foundation website and social media: 

  • Post regular updates including monthly birthday postings, event notices 

  • Prepare and send notices through website, using Constant Contact 

  • Post information on Instagram, Facebook 


Additional tasks: 

  • Copy Donor statements 

  • Archive records for digital retrieval 

  • Special projects as needed to include mailings, label preparation 

  • Create annual donor file folders with labels 

  • Update filing system as needed 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management 

  • Assist with special events, seminars as needed 



  • BS degree in Business Administration, Office Technology preferred 

  • 1-2 years of experience in related field
